Not happy with the condition your deck arrived in? Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full once the deck is back with us.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and UK)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
